What people ask us
What is the difference between JPG and PNG?
JPG gives light files, suited to pages with photos. PNG is lossless: text and lines stay perfectly sharp, at a higher file size.
Which resolution should I choose?
72 dots per inch is enough for on-screen viewing, 150 for everyday use, 300 for printing. Image dimensions are shown before converting.
How do I get all pages at once?
When several pages are converted, the images are bundled in a ZIP archive, numbered in document order.
What about a very large page, like a plan or a poster?
Beyond 16 million pixels per image, the page's resolution is lowered just enough to stay usable, and the tool tells you before converting.
Are my files sent to a server?
No. Your document is not transmitted to us: we know neither its name nor its contents. There is nothing to delete afterwards.
